The Pennsylvania Hillclimb Association (PHA) is a coordinating body for multiple Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) Regions for the purpose of promoting safety and competition standards as established by the SCCA.  The SCCA sanctions and provides insurance for events based on requests from the host SCCA Region and on Supplementary Regulations created by the PHA.  Participants in PHA events are members of the SCCA.  In addition, drivers and many of the official’s positions are licensed by the SCCA.  As such, the activities of the PHA as well as the host SCCA regions are subject to the following SCCA Social Media Policy.

Note:  If you have issues or concerns with any action or decision of an event or the PHA, you are encouraged to raise it with a PHA officer or event official to have that issue or concern addressed and an opportunity to have it resolved.
