Some great news from Rich Rock, Jefferson Event Chair:

By itself, just about 60 entries at the current fee structure is nowhere near enough to cover the cost of the event.

So, BMR will cover the first $2,000 in losses, and PHA has committed to covering the next $2K.  Any loss beyond that will be BMR’S responsibility.

On the plus, side we have donations totaling $1,300 from Grace Huntzinger, Keith Gerhard, and Tim Fiordaliso. THANK YOU!

So, while the event still needs more entries/donations to ease the financial pain of thousands of dollars lost, we’re moving forward.  Jefferson is officially ON!
