I’m sorry for the delay everyone.  The minutes from the March 9 Organizational Meeting have been posted to the Current Schedule / Results page on the PHA Website. 

Also note that the treasury audit was held after this meeting rather than in January after the Annual meeting as has been our tradition.  The delay in the audit was because I was unable to attend the January meeting in person.  The only reason the audit and the meetings go together is because it is a convenient way to recruit members to do the audit.   Since our next meeting, where the audit results are presented, is not until November, I am pleased to report that there were no irregularities found by the committee.
