The 2025 PHA Awards Banquet will be held on November 22, 2025 at the Grantville Holiday Inn in Grantville, PA.  In addition to celebrating our PHA Championship Series winners at the banquet, we will be honoring and thanking our volunteer workers and organizers.  It is always a good time, and we hope to see you there!

Registration:  Registration for this event is open, and is online only this year.  For the registration link, please see the Current Schedule / Results page on the PHA Website. 

Workers:  If you are a worker who has worked 2 or more days at PHA events in 2025, you are invited to attend compliments of the PHA.  Please register using the link  above so that we have the correct head count to give to the hotel.

Hotel Reservations:  The Holiday Inn has set aside block of rooms for PHA at $129/night.  The block of rooms expires 11/3/2025. For hotel room reservations, see the online entry form for details and a link.

Banquet Program:  We will once again be putting together a PHA Banquet Program. This is your opportunity to get your product before the PHA drivers, crews and family, or even show case your car and/or racing team.  If you are feeling shy about placing an ad, remember that the proceeds from the program fund the banquet, and that the banquet is a thank you to our volunteer workers.

We are also looking for articles for the program on just about any subject as long as it’s PHA or hillclimb related.  There is no cost for articles.  Tell us about your car, your first event, your many events, finally beating your competitor, some other goal, your experience working the event, or even compose a poem. 

Please help us create a program that is not only fun and interesting, but something our advertisers want to advertise in.  Please also save us from having all the articles written by  Grace H  :-).
