Fall Shenandoah July 22 Deadline Approaching

This is a reminder that July 22nd is the date a decision will be made on whether or not we will have the Fall Shenandoah event.  That decision will be made based on the number of registrations and the total amount of sponsor/patron money BMR has IN HAND on the 22nd.

NOTE:  If the event gets canceled, checks and cash will be returned and all entry fees will be refunded.

If you would like to donate to the event as a sponsor/patron,  a check made out to BMR-SCCA should be mailed to BMR’s treasurer, Mike Daley.  Or, if you prefer, you can give Rich Rock a check (or cash) when you see him at Giants Despair this upcoming weekend.  For Mike Daley’s address, please contact Rich Rock or see the PHA forum post.

NOTE:  Please know that there is no minimum or maximum donation amount.  Everything helps.

In case you don’t know, the reason that the option to donate isn’t on MSR is because the cut they take for such transactions is too high.

The entry count for this event is low, and BMR has received just a few donations so far, so there is a long way to go.  Again, entry fees and checks are being held and will not be deposited unless it’s determined that the event will happen.
